Your health is our top priority, and we want you to be safe while attending to your routine health care needs. Our primary and specialty care offices are taking extra precautions to keep patients safe. Those include
• Screening every individual at entry
• Spacing out appointments
• Limiting time patients spend in our waiting areas
• In some instances, we might be able to perform your doctor’s appointment through telephone or video conferencing.
As a precaution, our office will be calling you before your appointment to ask some pre–screening questions. When you arrive for your appointment, the office staff will screen you again. We appreciate your patience.
If you suspect you may have novel coronavirus (COVID-19), please contact our office so that we make special accommodations for you prior to your appointment.
To further prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask that you come to your appointment alone unless you need special assistance. You are welcome to contact a loved one by phone during the visit if you want to include them in your care.
Wearing a mask – and wearing it properly – is the best way to limit the spread of COVID-19. We require masks for all patients, visitors, and all staff. Remember to always cover both your nose and mouth.
